Six Strategies To Retain Customers To Sell More Products

After a long discussion with a very good brother, Mike N, we gathered the following strategies for retaining customers to sell more products.

1. Present well. How you dress, where you meet, your words and body language.


2. Understanding how to communicate your trade. Providing explanation and allowing client to express their desire or fears.


3. Building a common ground of trust. Like letting them go for a drive without following them. Giving payment options (cash, transfer etc). Common ground in conversations too calms clients down and helps build trust. Look into the eye and start a conversation that will lead to a friendly connection.

4. Clients that come through referrals come trusting. So providing good before and after transaction experience helps people refer clients to you.


5. For long term clients. Don't focus on money. Focus on shared value, relationships and mutual respect. They will always come back


6. Offering extra service for client comfort is amazing. Offer charger in rental car, offer coffee, lollies on office counter, newspaper etc.
